By Mail-in *Check or Postal Money Order?
If
you are paying by Check or Postal Money Order you can print
and mail us your order by following the 2-Easy Steps below:

Place all of the items you wish to order in your shopping
cart, verify the accuracy, then click on the 'Secure Check
Out' link at the bottom of the page.

2:
Complete the Contact, Billing and Shipping Information sections,
then print two copies of the order and mail one to us, along
with your check or postal money order.

allow 7-10 banking days for the check to clear before your

Credit card security is of utmost importance to us at HealthFit.
During the purchasing process, all transactions are encrypted
for added security. Furthermore, we use Address Verification
and Card Verification Value (CVV2) Services to reduce the
chance of fraud.
For your protection, if we feel an order is suspicious, we
will contact you either by email or phone to verify the order.
Please be assured that this is only a precautionary measure
for your protection.
All orders shipped to addresses within the state of California
are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Shipments to all other states
are exempt from sales tax.
If any of the items on your order are out of stock, we will
notify you via email of the delay. At that time you have the
option to receive the partial order, or delay the entire order
until all items are available. If you want us to ship the
partial order, we will do so. When the "Back Ordered"
items become available we will contact you to see if you still
want the item(s). If so, we will ship the remainder of the
order to you. If you decide to delay the entire order until
all items are available, we will contact you when everything
is "In Stock" to see if you still want the order
shipped. In either case, we will only charge your credit card
for item(s) that have shipped.
Please note that most out-of-stock items are usually back
in stock within 5 days.

When contacting us, be sure to include your full name, the
date and time you received the order, the condition the package
and contents were received in, and the invoice number listed
on your email receipt. Be sure to keep all packaging and contents
as the shipping company may require these for claim processing.

for instructions on what to do next. When contacting us, be
sure to include your full name, the product number (SKU),
description, and invoice number located on your email receipt,
along with a brief description of what’s wrong with
the item. Before contacting us, please review the "Returns
& Refunds" section below. Also, be sure to keep all
packaging materials as they will be needed to return the item(s)
to us.
All return requests must be made within seven (7) days of
receipt of the order, no exceptions please.
Before returning any items, you must first obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. To receive
a RMA, call us toll-free at (888) 907-8737, or send an email

Be sure to include your name, order number, order date, product
number, quantity and description, along with a brief description
of why you are returning the item.
Once we receive your request, we will contact you with detailed
return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned item(s),
we will inspect the item(s) and/or packaging to determine
if a credit is due. After inspection by us, we will notify
you via email of our decision and an appropriate "store
credit" will be issued. Store Credits may be applied
toward the purchase of any item on our web site. For detailed

Please be advised that return shipping must be prepaid by
you and no COD's will be accepted by our shipping department.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue the appropriate
credit less the original shipping charges. This applies to
unopened factory sealed boxes. Unsealed returned items are
subject to 15% restocking charge.
Miracle products (wheat grass juicers) can only be returned
for exchange or repair only (within warranty period). No refunds
on these products.
We have a small staff at HealthFit, therefore the best way
