The Omega Model 8003 Nutrition Center does it all. It is a vegetable juicer, fruit juicer and wheatgrass juicer. It makes nut butters, baby food and frozen desserts. The 8003 mince, chops and extrudes pasta.

The Model 8003 is a single gear, masticating juice extractor that turns at a low 80 RPMs. This ensures that there is no heat build up during the juice extraction process that will break down vitamins, enzymes and minerals in the juice. This low speed also produces less foam than a double gear style juicer. The Model 8003 is designed to operate very quietly while producing high juice yield and very dry pulp.
